  We will be holding two workshops: a basic lesson on calligraphy flourishes and a candle label making workshop. In the latter, you will learn how to create shading with a dip pen and how to compose a design while drawing acanthus leaves and bird motifs. All levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced.

  We will hold two workshops: one on collage art inspired by "moji-e," a type of Edo period art that uses combinations of characters to depict people, animals, and landscapes, and another on creating "daruma" dolls incorporating modern Japanese calligraphy. You can freely enjoy unique Japanese formative expressions and lucky charms through your own contemporary interpretations and sensibilities.
