Explore the vibrant lines that can be expressed with various tools such as brushes, metal nibs, ruling pens, hakes, wood, and thread, and create your own art piece by layering your imagination with the sounds of "Symphonic Poem Sea III - Dialogue between Wind and Sea."

Maki Shimano Profile

Calligrapher/Calligraphy Artist
Began using a brush at age 5. After graduating from university, joined Plan・Do・See Inc. While working in bridal services, she also engaged in store logos and designs, where she discovered calligraphy.
Became an independent artist after marriage and childbirth. She expresses the fusion of Japanese and Western calligraphy with her unique interpretation, elevating it to art. Her works are also showcased overseas.
She handles event calligraphy for luxury brands, sales of collaborative products with companies, and supervision of teaching materials.
