[DAIKANYAMA drawing] Mikiko Amemiya (amelabo) - A Gift Wrapped in Words 10/10

This is a workshop led by Mikiko Amamiya (amelabo), an artist who also runs a dental clinic, where you can experience the joy of conveying feelings through writing and wrapping.

In this workshop, you will use TOMBOW ABT pens to create original wrapping paper with your own handwriting and messages.
By writing casual words or your favorite phrases, you will complete a one-of-a-kind wrapping paper.
After practicing writing, you will make wrapping paper and cards, and finally wrap an original can filled with tea and sweets to take home as a gift.

Mikiko Amamiya (amelabo) Profile

Dentist and Artist
Mikiko Amamiya runs a dental clinic in Kobe City and works as an artist alongside her dental practice. With her hobby of photography and handwritten text and illustrations, which she has pursued since her student days, she creates products such as calendars and paper goods, and holds solo exhibitions mainly in the Kansai region. She collaborates with companies and individual shops, providing text and illustrations for packaging. Her Instagram posts, which capture everyday life with a unique sensibility, are popular.
