Returns & Exchanges

This washi paper is made from 100% recycled materials and has a fun pattern of large, random falling water.
This is a playful washi paper that has been created using large polka dots that resemble a rain shower when the washi paper stocked in the factory is returned to raw materials and remade into washi paper. It has been treated to prevent smudging, so it is suitable for handwriting.

[Precautions when printing]
It can be used for printing with inkjet printers, laser printers, copiers, on-demand printing, offset printing, letterpress printing, etc., but problems may occur depending on the model. Be sure to perform a print test.
If you are using a laser printer or copier, please use the manual feed setting.

For Domestic Shipments
We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service. A shipping fee of 800 yen (Hokkaido/Kyushu: 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku: 1,000 yen, Okinawa: 1,500 yen) will be charged per shipment.
*Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more.

For International Shipments
We ship via FedEx, excluding some products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
*Products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

Returns Deadline and Conditions

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.
After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges, so please be aware of this.

We also accept returns due to customer convenience (only in the following cases):
・Unopened and unused products
・Excluding personal orders/sale items
・Please contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the bank transfer fees and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the cost will be borne by our company.

Defective Products

While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, in the event that a product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange. When returning a product, we kindly request that you contact us by email in advance.
