Returns & Exchanges
This is a Paper Tree original heat pen set, a collaboration with Kanazawa gold leaf manufacturer Katani Sangyo.
It includes a renewed metallic deco pen and a selection of 8 types of foils and 5 types of pen nibs chosen by Paper Tree.
The metallic deco pen can be used to write messages or draw pictures on surfaces such as paper, photos, wood, leather, and plastic. (Note that some materials may not adhere well to the foil, so please test on scrap material before use.)
After the renewal, the power terminal is now USB Type-C, and the power can be turned On/Off with a switch button.
*The pen nib reaches a high temperature of 170-180°C. Please handle with care when in use.

For Domestic Shipments
We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service. A shipping fee of 800 yen (Hokkaido/Kyushu: 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku: 1,000 yen, Okinawa: 1,500 yen) will be charged per shipment.
*Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more.
For International Shipments
We ship via FedEx, excluding some products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
*Products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
Returns Deadline and Conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.
After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges, so please be aware of this.
We also accept returns due to customer convenience (only in the following cases):
・Unopened and unused products
・Excluding personal orders/sale items
・Please contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the bank transfer fees and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the cost will be borne by our company.
Defective Products
While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, in the event that a product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange. When returning a product, we kindly request that you contact us by email in advance.
