Returns & Exchanges
This is original green tea-infused washi paper from Maruju Paper, Mino Washi, Gifu Prefecture.
The tea leaf blend is different on the front and back of the washi paper, creating a reversible finish. The front side is blended with a large amount of "hosoko," the finest powder produced during the tea manufacturing process, giving the entire piece a green tea hue. The back side has a small amount of randomly cut tea leaves mixed in, creating a texture that brings out the whiteness of the washi paper.
The tea leaves on the back are mainly sample teas that are not for sale, and the raw material for the washi paper itself is made with recycled paper from within the factory, incorporating the theme of upcycling.
It is also treated with anti-bleeding coating, so you can write with glass pens and fountain pens. (Note: Depending on the pen tip and ink, some bleeding may occur.)

For Domestic Shipments
We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service. A shipping fee of 800 yen (Hokkaido/Kyushu: 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku: 1,000 yen, Okinawa: 1,500 yen) will be charged per shipment.
*Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more.
For International Shipments
We ship via FedEx, excluding some products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
*Products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
Returns Deadline and Conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.
After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges, so please be aware of this.
We also accept returns due to customer convenience (only in the following cases):
・Unopened and unused products
・Excluding personal orders/sale items
・Please contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the bank transfer fees and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the cost will be borne by our company.
Defective Products
While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, in the event that a product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange. When returning a product, we kindly request that you contact us by email in advance.
