This washi thread from Mino Washi and Matsuhisa Eisuke Paper Store has a hollow core made by cutting strong 100% Manila hemp washi into tape shapes and twisting them.
``Aka'' is a custom-ordered color from WACCA, and is a subdued red color with a slightly bluish tone, similar to the traditional Japanese color ``Kokihi.''
The color is easy to match with Western occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas gifts, in addition to traditional Japanese events.

For Domestic Shipments
We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service. A shipping fee of 800 yen (Hokkaido/Kyushu: 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku: 1,000 yen, Okinawa: 1,500 yen) will be charged per shipment.
*Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more.

For International Shipments
We ship via FedEx, excluding some products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
*Products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

Returns Deadline and Conditions

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.
After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges, so please be aware of this.

We also accept returns due to customer convenience (only in the following cases):
・Unopened and unused products
・Excluding personal orders/sale items
・Please contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the bank transfer fees and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the cost will be borne by our company.

Defective Products
