Saori Hamaguchi's beginner's Flourishing course will begin at Paper Tree.
In this class, you will learn the basics of flowishing, the decorative strokes that add color to calligraphy.
We start by learning simple line movements and practicing how to connect them naturally with letters. We aim to be able to add small flourishes to short words and phrases, while being mindful of balance and the use of white space.
Adding a touch of elegance will instantly enhance the overall impression of your work and increase the fun of writing. This is an introductory class recommended for those who want to try flourishing.

He discovered modern calligraphy at his own wedding and was drawn to the beauty of handwriting, which led him to continue his studies. He has established a modern style that blends the classical with the modern. He is active in a wide range of fields, including writing wedding items for celebrities, writing for PR and party events for major corporations and overseas luxury brands, and teaching outside lessons.
