Mico Calligraphy Engraving Advanced Lesson April 2026 - July 2026 (4 sessions total)

This is a 4-session Engraving Advance Lesson by Mico calligraphy.
We will carefully teach you how to engrave letters and decorations as if drawing with an engraver, and how to engrave freely on various materials.
We will also introduce ways to utilize engraving.
If you are not confident in operating an engraver, please join the Basic Lesson.

【Curriculum】
Session 1: How to retouch and depth of engraving (Comparison of diamond bits)
Session 2: Different materials (acrylic, wood, stainless steel, etc.)
Session 3: Arrangement (engraving plants and initial decorations)
Session 4: Completing your original work
*You will submit assignments by email every time, and we will provide feedback.

【Capacity】6 people per session

【Target Audience】Those who have used an engraver and own the equipment.

【What to Bring】Your own engraver, diamond bits, glasses, mask
*Regarding engraver equipment, we recommend our store's equipment, but any equipment with a rotation speed of 350rpm or more is acceptable.

【Mico calligraphy | Michiko Komatsu Profile】
Encountered modern calligraphy in 2019, was fascinated by its beautiful and free expression, and took the regular course at the Japan Modern Calligraphy Association in 2020.

Became a Scrittie certified member in February 2022.
After that, while holding workshops and regular lessons at cafes and hotels in Tokyo, she also worked on wedding items and diploma calligraphy.

Started calligraphy engraving services using an engraver from December 2022.
Engaged in event engraving services at perfume brand stores.

Excels in both casual styles and classical and elegant letter styles.
