This is a 1-day workshop to learn Old English by Masayo Kashiwagi.
"The Old English 'Licht'" is designed with lettering elements so that even a single character stands out when foil-stamped. In this workshop, after learning about the history of Old English and the background of Licht's design, you will actually draw Licht using a broad-edge nib and a pointed nib, and then experience foil stamping.
Although you will only be working on one character during the workshop, you can enjoy practicing other characters or developing original characters after the lesson.
