Gum Arabic from WINSOR & NEWTON, which is the world's largest art supply manufacturer and continues to be loved by artists around the world.
Gum Arabic is a natural gum made from the tempered sap of the acacia tree and is used to control cracking, viscosity, and add luminosity to inks.

how to use:
Mix approximately 1/4 tablespoon of gum arabic to approximately 1 tablespoon of ink before use.
We also recommend that you perform an ink test before use.
After use, the mouth and cap of the bottle will become sticky, so we recommend wiping them off after each use.

We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service. A shipping fee of 800 yen (Hokkaido/Kyushu: 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku: 1,000 yen, Okinawa: 1,500 yen) will be charged per shipment.
*Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more.

For International Shipments
We ship via FedEx, excluding some products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
*Products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

Returns Deadline and Conditions

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.
After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges, so please be aware of this.

We also accept returns due to customer convenience (only in the following cases):

・Excluding personal orders/sale items
・Please contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the bank transfer fees and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the cost will be borne by our company.
