The Lumos Pro Duo was designed by Tom's Studio in London .
This is a new, environmentally friendly pen that can be customized by filling the reservoir with fountain pen ink (glitter not allowed) and choosing your favorite nib from nine different types.

The Lumos Duo stores two different inks and nibs in one pen.
The ink reservoir and nib can be washed with water and replaced with different ink.

Lumos Pro comes with 9 different tips.

We charge 800 yen for each delivery (Hokkaido/Kyushu 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,000 yen, Okinawa 1,500 yen).
*Shipping fee is free if the total amount of ordered items is 8,800 yen or more. (Except International Shipping)

Return deadline/conditions

We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.

We also accept returns depending on the customer's convenience. (Only in the following cases)
- Excludes unopened/unused products, personal orders/sale products - Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product.

Return shipping fee

Please note that in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.
