Returns & Exchanges

The Creative Kinds solid watercolor inks are beautifully pigmented and made by blending natural pigments extracted from plants and other sources with aroma oils.

The Symphony of the Stars Set is an 8-color set of shimmer colors (Halley's Comet, Supernova, Opalite, Stargazing, Bordeaux by Night, Sierra, Deep Space, and Ortigia).

Each ink comes in a plastic case with a magnet on the bottom, allowing you to attach it directly to the tin for use.
As they are water-soluble, please dissolve them with a brush dampened with a small amount of water before use.
If using a pointed pen, apply the ink dissolved with the brush to the back of the nib.

For Domestic Shipments
We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service. A shipping fee of 800 yen (Hokkaido/Kyushu: 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku: 1,000 yen, Okinawa: 1,500 yen) will be charged per shipment.
*Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more.

For International Shipments
We ship via FedEx, excluding some products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
*Products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

Returns Deadline and Conditions

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.
After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges, so please be aware of this.

We also accept returns due to customer convenience (only in the following cases):
・Unopened and unused products
・Excluding personal orders/sale items
・Please contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the bank transfer fees and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the cost will be borne by our company.

Defective Products

While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, in the event that a product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange. When returning a product, we kindly request that you contact us by email in advance.
