This is a name personalization service exclusively for those who have purchased the Stackers × Paper Tree Stationery Box.
*Please make sure to add this to your cart along with the Stationery Box itself. Orders for this product alone cannot be accepted.
*Consolidation with other products is not possible due to different shipping times.
As name personalization is a custom service, please allow some time for delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

Will be shipped around the middle of the following month.

You can choose the foil color (text color) from gold or silver.
You can engrave up to 3 characters of your choice. When applying, please enter your desired characters in the "Engraving Characters (1-3 characters)" field.

*Only uppercase Roman letters can be engraved. (Numbers are not allowed)
*All lowercase letters will be converted to uppercase.
*The engraving location will be on the bottom right of the lid. Position changes are not accepted.
Please note that the name personalization service is not eligible for Scrittie member discounts. Thank you for your understanding.
For Domestic Shipments
We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service. A shipping fee of 800 yen (Hokkaido/Kyushu: 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku: 1,000 yen, Okinawa: 1,500 yen) will be charged per shipment.
*Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more.
For International Shipments
We ship via FedEx, excluding some products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
*Products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
Returns Deadline and Conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.
After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges, so please be aware of this.
We also accept returns due to customer convenience (only in the following cases):
・Unopened and unused products
・Excluding personal orders/sale items
・Please contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the bank transfer fees and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the cost will be borne by our company.
Defective Products
While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, in the event that a product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange. When returning a product, we kindly request that you contact us by email in advance.
