Returns/Exchanges

McCaffery is a handmade ink made using natural materials. It is excellent for drawing smooth and delicate hairlines and is loved by calligraphers around the world.

Because the ink contains acid, we recommend frequent cleaning between uses to prevent corrosion.
You may also find mold on the surface of the ink or it may dry out, but this does not mean that the ink has deteriorated. When you use it, remove any mold or dry areas and throw it away, and stir the ink well and you can use it without any problems.

*This ink is for use with pointed pens, so please do not use it with fountain pens or broad pens.

We charge 800 yen for each delivery (Hokkaido/Kyushu 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,000 yen, Okinawa 1,500 yen).
*Shipping fee is free if the total amount of ordered items is 8,800 yen or more. (Except International Shipping)

Return deadline/conditions

We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.

We also accept returns depending on the customer's convenience. (Only in the following cases)
- Excludes unopened/unused products, personal orders/sale products - Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product.

Return shipping fee

Please note that in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.
