Returns/Exchanges

A writing mat by Logos Calligraphy, a left-handed calligrapher based in California.
Black color will be released in limited quantities.

The mat can be used on both sides, is resistant to spilled ink, and has the cushioning properties of genuine leather.
In addition, a special band and linen storage bag are included for easy portability.

*If ink spills, wipe it off with water or a wet tissue as soon as possible. For stubborn stains, use a neutral detergent.
*Due to the characteristics of the material, there may be slight wrinkles or deterioration over time on the surface, but this will not affect the performance as a writing mat.

We charge 800 yen for each delivery (Hokkaido/Kyushu 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,000 yen, Okinawa 1,500 yen).
*Shipping fee is free if the total amount of ordered items is 8,800 yen or more. (Except International Shipping)

Return deadline/conditions

We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.

We also accept returns depending on the customer's convenience. (Only in the following cases)
- Excludes unopened/unused products, personal orders/sale products - Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product.

Return shipping fee

Please note that in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.
