Miniatum Ink from Kölner, a German gilding specialist, is a water-based adhesive ink for adhering metal leaf (especially gold leaf) to paper or parchment.
Its low viscosity and high fluidity allow it to be used with a variety of drawing tools, including dip pens and art pens, providing excellent control and precision when expressing fine details.
The ink's elastic (flexible) properties make it less likely to crack and ensure a beautiful finish that will last for a long time.
It can be used on flexible materials such as paper, parchment, leather, and plastic film.
[How to use]
1. Apply Miniatum Ink to the area where you want to apply the foil.
2. After drying, apply the transfer foil.
3. After polishing, the calligraphy or decorative art will have a beautiful burnished (metallic luster) finish.
*This product is acrylic-based, but contains trace amounts of Butyl Carbitol. Therefore, please use it in a well-ventilated environment while working.

For Domestic Shipments
We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service. A shipping fee of 800 yen (Hokkaido/Kyushu: 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku: 1,000 yen, Okinawa: 1,500 yen) will be charged per shipment.
*Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more.
For International Shipments
We ship via FedEx, excluding some products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
*Products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
Returns Deadline and Conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.
After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges, so please be aware of this.
We also accept returns due to customer convenience (only in the following cases):
・Unopened and unused products
・Excluding personal orders/sale items
・Please contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the bank transfer fees and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the cost will be borne by our company.
Defective Products
While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, in the event that a product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange. When returning a product, we kindly request that you contact us by email in advance.
