Returns & Exchanges
BOOK DARTS are thin, lightweight metal line markers shaped like arrowheads.
Simply insert them into a sentence of interest in a book or notebook, and they will precisely mark not only the page but also the exact line. Even when the book is closed, the darts are visible from the edge of the page, allowing you to quickly find your intended spot later.
Unlike ordinary bookmarks, another attractive feature is that you can mark multiple places in a single book simultaneously. It's a reading tool that allows you to record important words you encounter while reading, passages you want to reread, or sections you want to refer to again, all without damaging the book.
Instead of folding pages or writing with pens or highlighters, you can smartly mark areas of interest. They can be used for reading, as well as for planners, notebooks, magazines, documents, and more.
For Domestic Shipments
We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service. A shipping fee of 800 yen (Hokkaido/Kyushu: 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku: 1,000 yen, Okinawa: 1,500 yen) will be charged per shipment.
*Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more.
For International Shipments
We ship via FedEx, excluding some products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
*Products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
Returns Deadline and Conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.
After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges, so please be aware of this.
We also accept returns due to customer convenience (only in the following cases):
・Unopened and unused products
・Excluding personal orders/sale items
・Please contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the bank transfer fees and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the cost will be borne by our company.
Defective Products
While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, in the event that a product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange. When returning a product, we kindly request that you contact us by email in advance.
