Returns & Exchanges
*Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.
ARTISAIRE's glue gun sealing wax is known for its durability and vibrant colors.
You can also use it without using a glue gun by heating it directly on the spoon.
If you are using a glue gun, we recommend a product from the same manufacturer, but any 11mm diameter gun will do.
When using, fill the glue gun with wax from the back. If the wax gets too short, you will not be able to pull the trigger, so always prepare two or more sticks of wax.
*If you want to change the color of the wax midway through, we recommend inserting a commercially available transparent glue stick (11mm diameter) and filling it with a different color.
*Please note that if you add different colors in succession, the color will become marbled until the wax of the first color remaining in the glue gun runs out.

For Domestic Shipments
We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service. A shipping fee of 800 yen (Hokkaido/Kyushu: 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku: 1,000 yen, Okinawa: 1,500 yen) will be charged per shipment.
*Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more.
For International Shipments
We ship via FedEx, excluding some products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
*Products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
Returns Deadline and Conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.
After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges, so please be aware of this.
We also accept returns due to customer convenience (only in the following cases):
・Unopened and unused products
・Excluding personal orders/sale items
・Please contact us by email within 5 days of product arrival.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the bank transfer fees and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the cost will be borne by our company.
Defective Products
While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, in the event that a product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange. When returning a product, we kindly request that you contact us by email in advance.
