A new color, " Jade ," has been released in Tag Stationery's Kyoto Sounds series.
"Jade" comes from the name of the jade bird (kingfisher) that dances around the water.
Due to the beauty of its feathers, reminiscent of verdigris, a mineral with the same hue was eventually named "jade" and became a gemstone.
During the Heian period, it was considered an auspicious color and symbolized purity and prosperity.
This ink is a limited edition ink and will be sold until it runs out.
